The strength of your stairs might be at risk for the reasons listed below. Please verify measurements with your local building code:

The smallest width the stringer has at any point is less than 3.5". This may not pass the building code. You will have to increase some of the parameters and recalculate.
Please note that the building code states that the minimum tread depth should be 10". A 2x10 nominal board is in fact 9.5" deep, so please use this at your own discretion.
