Where do you start on an ocean front house suffered from 40 years of abuse by mother nature on an island 10 miles off the coast of Maine? Everything new! EVERYTHING! The interior photo is of the vaulted ceiling getting closed in after the structural ties were installed as required by code, a jack stud supporting wall ran from the center wall all the way up to the ridge board. Wish I got better before and after pictures.
